VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION
For Catholic Charities of Livingston County
Position Title: Data Entry Volunteer
Program/Department: Faith in Action
Description of Project/Purpose of Assignment: To help ensure accurate records are kept on volunteers and clients by entering volunteer monthly reports into computer database.
Outline of Volunteer’s Responsibilities/List of Tasks: Help in office: track volunteer monthly reports in Access database.
Training and Support Plan: By Faith in Action Director
Skills/Qualifications Needed for Assignment: Organized, reliable, computer skills
(Familiar with Microsoft office applications, including Access & Excel)
Time Commitment: Flexible schedule: one hour per week or two hours every other week.
Location/Geographic Area of Assignment: Faith in Action office, 10 Chapel St., Mt. Morris
Outcome/Goals of Assignment: To be a support person to the Faith in Action Director, and to keep accurate records for reporting purposes.
Reporting required: Keep monthly volunteer report.
