Position Title:  Housing Repairs/Maintenance

 

 

Program/Department:  Help*Works

 

 

Description of Project/Purpose of Assignment: 

 

Make repairs on homes owned by low-income families.

 

 

Skills/Qualifications Needed for Assignment: 

 

Willingness to undergo background check.

 

One or more of the following skills:

• Carpentry
• Electric
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Heating
• Etc.

 

 

Time Commitment:  1-2 days per project…flexible

 

 

 

Location/Geographic Area of Assignment:  Livingston County

 

 

 

Outcome/Goals of Assignment:  Improving a family’s living conditions

 

 

Reporting required:  Keep Rural Outreach up to date on progress
