Family Resource Specialist:

Mt. Morris, NY
Full-Time (35 hours)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Family Resource Specialist is responsible for identifying and interviewing families to assess their needs, determine eligibility for home visitation services, and provides education to families regarding resources available in Steuben County.  The Family Resource Specialist is also responsible for nurturing existing partnerships with referral sources as well as seeking and building new relationships in order to increase referrals received and coordinate services.

Healthy Families Program Supervisor:

Mt. Morris, NY
Full-Time (35 hours)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:  Program Supervisors are responsible for the direct supervision of assigned home visitors.  They actively participate in the development and implementation of the program and work collaboratively with area service providers to make sure the goals of the program are met.

Family Support Specialist:

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Family Support Specialist is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular and long-term contact with families for the purpose of strengthening the parent-child relationship; enhancing parenting skills; providing child development education and activities to encourage development as well as offering support in the areas of goal setting, community connections, and family functioning to aid in reducing the family and its members’ overall vulnerability and susceptibility to stress.

Children’s Behaviorial Services Case Worker:

Mt. Morris, NY
Full-Time (35 hours)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Perform skill building functions that support the development of a child/teen’s life and social skills, working one on one with each participant in his/her own home and in the community.  Facilitate family members’ understanding of the child/teen’s needs as related to his/her condition/diagnosis.
